What is the blue spa?
The Blue spa is a homebased bath and body company registered as a sole ownership. We sell our products both at home through daily open houses and online.
Are Products handcrafted ?
Yes, all products are handcrafted and poured into each bottle once we recieve an order and within a few days it is shipped to our customers.
We do this to guarantee quality and freshness of each indivdual product.
Do you offer customer satisfaction?
Yes, our customers are our concern. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product/s you may return them to the blue spa for a refund minus shipping and handling. This is the same for damaged products, a refund or exchange may be requested. All refunds and eschange questions must be submitted through email at thebluespa@aol.com
How do you ship the products?
All products are shipped through the USPS and not UPS. Turnaround is 3 weeks. Shipping for each indivdual product is $1.75 and it will show up on your shopping cart.
Do you ship international?
At the prsent moment we don't ship our products overseas , though if we have requests we will try our best to arrange it. Products being shipped to Canada is available.
Do you offer Wholesale?
Yes, we offer wholesale to qualified businesses, you must have a tax id.
Do you offer a representative or affiliate program?
Yes, we offer both programs with free sign up.
What are the key product ingredients?
Water, glycerin, aloe vera, natural mositurizers, vitamons A, D and E, shea butter (depending on product), Cocoa butter ( depending on product) and fragrances. Please refer to our product ingredients section to read about all products and its ingredients.
If you read a product ingredient which you feel you may be allergic to we reccomend you do not purchase that product. Pregnant women must consult with their physician prior to purchasing any product you aren't sure of.
Do you have to pay taxes when ordering form the blue spa?
Only New York State customers must pay taxes.
How do we pay for the products?
We accept paypal ( Visa, MC, Discover ) , check or money order. All orders must accompany a form of payments. Orders without a form of payment will not be processed nor shipped. When paying through paypal the name Beautystouch bath and body is shown. This is our old name, we have recently changed it to The Blue Spa.
